At Feig Mediation Group, we believe parents and families achieve the best outcomes when they work together to create solutions they all can say yes to.
That’s one reason why we exclusively conduct our mediation sessions online. Online mediation removes many of the barriers that can prevent families from coming together, giving every member the opportunity to have a voice and be a full participant in the conversation.
Our online mediation process is designed to create a more accessible, flexible, and comfortable experience that allows you to focus on what’s most important to you—and where distance, scheduling, and other logistical challenges are minimized.
Quick Start-Up
In most cases, you can have an initial consultation within one day.
Affordable
Our pay-as-you-go model means there’s no retainer or upfront costs.
Short-Term
You don’t have to commit to a certain number of sessions. The process lasts only as long as you need it to.
Flexible
We offer both daytime and evening sessions, so you can find a time that fits your schedule.

How We Protect Your Family:
Our Online Mediation Policies
- We do not mediate outside of our scheduled online mediation sessions, whether by email, text or by telephone.
- No one other than your family’s agreed-upon participants may attend or be allowed to access or otherwise “listen in” on the mediation without the prior consent of the mediators and the other participants. This includes sharing any links or access codes that are provided.
- No recording, streaming or broadcasting of the mediation or any mediation communication is allowed.
- If family members on one side of the issue request a private meeting with the mediator (i.e., a caucus), an equal opportunity will be provided to the other participants.
- Any communications that have bearing on the mediation should copy all participants.
- Any communications that are not administrative or logistical in nature (e.g., sharing documents with each other in preparation for a session, addressing scheduling or payment issues) are to be made during the mediation session.
- The mediators will not “referee” any email or similar communications between participants.
- All policies with respect to the mediation process apply to every session and mediation-related communication.
